Do you have to work, manage, or live with negativists, whiners and complainers? They are one of the most common difficult personalities in the workforce today. And managing workplace negativity is a skill in itself.Believe it or not, research shows negativists, also known as whiners and complainers, have a strong need to be liked. They think that by complaining about how much work they have to do, they'll gain empathy from others. Notice how these people often spend more time complaining than working? "Busy doing nothing" is how people describe the whiners and complainers in my leadership training workshops.It pays to be tactfully direct whether you're managing a whiner in the workplace, or just dealing with a difficult co-worker. For example, consider saying the following to a complainer co-worker, "Chris, I realize this is something you want to discuss, and at the same time I want to make sure I get back to work.     I have had a mobile phone contract with a major British mobile phone company that is also the largest mobile telecommunications network company in the world since the mid 199o’s. Although I could get an up grade mobile phone every year and just sign a contract for a further twelve months, I have actually only done this a few times. These phones get more and more complicated and as soon as you have got used to one and are happy with it, I don’t particularly want to familiarize myself with a later model.Last autumn I decided to change my phone on the upgrade system.     When Selling, Keep It Simple Stupid!
    After our first half-hour telephone coaching session, when asked what he thought about our training, my client felt the learning process we had undertaken together earlier in the week, “was a bit too elementary.” As a Branch Manager with over 18 years of sale experience, a supervisor who must also produce sales over and above the five representatives reporting to him, when he purchased our training, he thought that he would receive and then drill-for-skill some new and yet undiscovered selling process that would magically change his ability to produce sales.     If you haven't heard or read about the outsourcing trend, argument, discussion, fervor, whatever your side of it may be - especially the digital bridges of gold-pressed latnum being built in India, China and other places outside our backyard; then you need to Google-it or Yahoo to your heart's satisfaction and move out from the cave of silence you've been in lately.     Recognition…Is Your Celebrity Endorser Someone People Will Recognize

    Make the property and the home inviting and showcase it by using bright colored flowers; red and yellow flowers of the brightest colors are the best. Keep the flowers well maintained and the beds well kept. Buyers won’t likely see other homes in your price range with similar floral treatments and your home will rise to the top of the buyer’s list.
