The RSS Promise for Internet Users
The RSS promise for end-users is simple:--> a unified one-stop-shop to consume online content, without having to visit dozens of sites every day to see what’s new and without having their online subscriptions interfere with their personal and business e-mail communications;--> complete control over their content consumption, including a quick, easy and reliable mechanism to unsubscribe from content they do not wish to receive;--> the ability to receive breaking news as it becomes available, without having to wait for a monthly, weekly or daily recap sent to their e-mail addresses;--> the certainty of actually receiving the content they want, without the fear of it being stopped by spam filters on the way;--> the ability to receive rich-media content directly to their desktops, including audio and video content;--> the promise of providing the tools to make their lives easier, including receiving critical content updates as soon as they become available. These points are not simple enhancements, but imp

Virtual Assistants, or VA's are changing the way we do business. Not only is this field growing tremendously, but it's offering employers and business owners alike an attractive new alternative to hiring employees.

Perhaps because this is a relatively new industry, it's hard to pin down exactly how many Virtual Assistants there are out there.

Susan Valeri was a VA before she even knew she was a VA.

"I started [doing this work] and then I came across the term Virtual Assistant on the Internet and I thought, '...that's me!'. I didn't really know that there were other people doing it," Valeri comments.

So is there an easy way to define a Virtual Assistant? Not according to Stacy Brice, President and Chief Visionary Officer of AssistU, an organization that provides training and coaching to virtual assistants.

"The definition of what a VA will vary, depending on who you ask," Brice contends. "I have a very much branded definition [and that] is that a VA is a person who owns her own business, works from her home

Is Debt Negotiation Bad? Points To Consider
Debt negotiation companies that claim they can wipe your credit clean or guarantee they can reduce your debt are bad because they can’t deliver. But reputable companies can negotiate with your creditors, often reducing your debt 10% to 50%. They can also help you rebuild your credit score by reducing debt and getting a handle on your monthly payments.Claims That Are Too GoodCompanies claiming that debt negotiation has no impact on your credit score or that they can remove negative scores are lying. Creditors will report accounts that have been reduced, and it will stay on your credit history for seven years. All other negative scores, such as late or missed payments, will also be on your record for seven years even if accounts are closed.Guarantees that your all your debts can be reduced should also be avoided. Creditors have no requirement to negotiate with you or a debt negotiation company. But if creditors see that you are struggling with payments, they may lower your debt to recoup at least some payment from you. With

    Finding A Niche
Finding your niche is very important for targeting traffic. A niche is what your site is going to be about, the basic concept of your site as a whole. A niche can be things like traveling, baseball, business etc. But like I said when finding a Niche you need to break these categories down a little more because they are two generic. Leave those big generic categories to the branded companies. Breaking your niche down would be like breaking baseball down to Little League Baseball, or business into starting a pizza place. Your niche will also come in when finding your keywords, because more often then not your main site concept will be the keyword that you begin to expand to make your keyword list. The reason for finding a niche is to match up your website and pages within that website to your keywords accordingly. This way when you build your website you can incorporate your keywords with the page concept for SEO (search engine optimization).A few things to remember when finding the niche for your website is to write down a bunch that you

Company Seal That Deal - Literally!
A company seal is a device commonly supplied by Company Formation Agents when registering new companies for clients. The company seal offers a way of embossing documents with the company name and number as a way of sealing the document. This seal is often used in place of signatures of the authorised representatives of the company. In the UK, Prior to the Companies Act 1985, a company seal was legally binding on a company when a document such as a contract or share certificate was embossed by the seal. Since the Companies Act 1985 (and subsequent amendments) was introduced the company seal was no longer a legal requirement of a limited company. Instead a company can effectively seal a document with the signature of two company officers, typically a director and secretary of the company.Although this change in law in the UK would appear to make the company seal a redundant item they are still widely used today. The company seal still has great importance in other countries and many UK companies doing business overseas will often need to

Top 7 Steps to Buying a Home With the Least Amount of Stress
Purchasing your new home is very exciting, but can also be a bit intimidating. If you make a decision hastily, you run the risk of buyer’s remorse. However, if you don’t organize your search well, it can drag on much too long – which can cause just as much stress. A systematic approach will ensure that you are able to make a sound decision in a reasonable amount of time. Follow these steps, and you will find a great home, with confidence & ease!1)Get Pre-Qualified & Choose Your Top Monthly Payment. Pre-qualification is one of the most important steps in the home buying process. It still amazes me how many buyers want to skip this process and immediately begin looking at houses – and how many Realtors are willing to work this way! Pre-qualification is what gives you buying power and allows you to make an offer on your dream home when you’ve found it. More importantly, pre-qualification will let you know how much that home will REALLY cost you – in monthly payments. A $150,000 or $300,000 home doesn’t mean a lot to most

"The definition of what a VA will vary, depending on who you ask," Brice contends. "I have a very much branded definition [and that] is that a VA is a person who owns her own business, works from her home office, provides administrative and personal support across the board to clients who can be down the street or around the world...but in collaborative, long-term relationships."

Some define a VA as anyone who works from home and provides any sort of support virtually.

Stacy disagrees. "If you're a Marketing Consultant, and you do that from home, that doesn't make you a Virtual Assistant, that makes you a Marketing Consultant who works from home. So, I think that using the term Virtual Assistant as a catch-all for anything a person can do from home, that is supportive of other businesses, is a false definition."

The International Virtual Assistant's Association (IVAA) defines a VA as:

"VAs are independent contractors who provide administrative support or specialized business services from a distance, thro
