Yes, headlines on ezine articles are important. They do need to capture a person’s attention. Headlines end up being the clickable link on internet search engines so they must give an incentive for a person to actually click on them.
But just having a great headline on an ezine article is not enough. Unlike magazine racks that only need to capture the attention of people that are already in the bookstore, ezine article titles won't be visible on internet search engines unless someone actually searches a keyword that is in the title.
