Now then imagine the Wal-Mart parking lot security guard coming up to you and saying: “You have been caught on film, you are parked in a Handicap Zone, please move other wise this data which has already been sent will not be deleted and you will receive a ticket for $250.00 against your license plate and you will not be able to renew your plates without payment of this fine.”…”This is a warning of such violation”…”You have three minutes to comply” and then it simply drives over to the red one to alert another customer that they are in a red zone. Or a kid doing donuts in the parking lot that he needs to leave the premises at once.
