    Negotiating a New Job's Salary
Often when receiving a job offer, candidates are eager to sign on the dotted line. Maybe they've been with out work for awhile, maybe it is an increase in pay, or maybe it is simply a better commute. It is important to remember though, that the most important time in salary negotiations are those early meetings.

I talk to many Network Marketers in my daily life. I noticed that they all have something in common. They each claim to be in the best, newest, most innovative, youngest, oldest, fastest growing, or whatever the case may be in their world, as a selling point. I have no doubt that their particular company is an incredible opportunity for the right person. But is that person you? Aren’t you already in a Network Marketing organization? If not, is this the right one for you? The opportunity may have its high points, but what about the one you saw last week? You like both of the product offerings, but would it be a conflict to support both? A resounding NO!

I made a mistake last week involving pants… I bought them. The problem is, and I have to say that I pretty much knew this before I left the store, they don't fit. In my defense, I am a man. I don't like clothes-shopping to begin with, and when you throw in the extra step of having to try things on, I get to a point where I'd gladly plunk down my

Can You Believe Your Customer? Can You Trust Traditional Market Research?
One of the most common objectives of market research is to find the customers wants and wishes, or their hot buttons. But what if traditional market research identifies the wrong hot buttons? What if conventional market research singles out hot buttons that freeze your fingers? What if standard market research uses malfunctioning thermometers? A recent scientific stu

    Organize Your Job Search
The job search process involves a lot of planning and attention to detail, so it’s no wonder that many people quickly feel overwhelmed and even a bit out of control. The best way to avoid this is to organize your job search so that you have a clear strategy outline and a structured schedule to keep you moving forward.Outline your strategyStart by

    Cheap Business Phones
Cheap business phones and phone systems are available from several U.S. as well as international manufacturers. Most business telephone systems essentially consist of several internal telephones, fax machines and other devices, connected to each other and to the outside world by a switching system. The trick is to find products and or services that compliment what you are already doing. You still have to believe in and support the company that you find, however, with the wide array of companies out there today, you shouldn’t have any problem finding a match.

For example, if you are in an organization that sells health and nutrition products, you may look for a marketing MLM.
