Why Sam's Club and Other Stores use Membership Cards
Sam’s Club stores use plastic membership cards that look and act in some ways like a credit or debit card to identify members. There are several reasons why membership cards are used for these private membership cards. At first glance, it would seem the idea of the private membership store was an idea that flies in the face of conventional retail logic. Most retail locations are obsessed with trying to attract customers to shop with them rather than with a competitor. The truth is that the private membership store is just as interested in attracting customers
sit and have to wait while you look for your equipment) If you are prone to having your stuff taken keep it on your person. I have a scissor holster that holds combs, clips and I have a special cutting cape that I simply hide in a stylish box with a lid that also houses my brushes. People tend not to take things if they are out of sight.

Millionaire Mind - Win the Lottery - Luck OR Law of Attraction?
It is time to stop being so serious and have some fun with the universal Law of Attraction, also known as the Law of Belief. In simple words, this Law states that "you get exactly what you believe", "it is done unto you as you believe", "be it done unto you according to your faith", "your deeply held beliefs are materializing your reality"."you materialize on all planes the subconscious beliefs held in your subconscious mind".Let's see if we can share some light on this Law and winning the Lottery.(1) Some state there is no such thing as LUCK
Attitude - Some days work sucks! But to a person that needs an attitude adjustment every day makes it that much worse, so much that you wonder if he/she made the right choice in careers. I am a strong believer in trying to limit the amount of negative things you say out in the open especially around clients. If you are always complaining, whining and criticizing something or some one, it is simple you are sucking the life out of people and making yourself a chore for anyone to be around. If you have that many things to be in a negative puddle about get a therapist or enlist the advice of a friend on your personal time. Clients, co-workers and bosses don’t need to hear about your unraveling personal life they have things of their own on their mind. So if you are one of these people please be considerate and actively try to prevent your lips from moving in the direction of being a constant complainer and whiner it makes you hard to work with and people will not want to work with you in the future. If you are the fortunate one that has to tell the annoying person off, in a positive way simply state that you do not think you have the time to be able to assist him/her with her woes, because you are working! Then lightly suggest she see a therapist, they are very in right now anyway! Clients can certainly pick up on discomfort between two co-workers as much as you think you are hiding it they are smart they know, so if this person is you stop your nonsense and be respectful to others, if you have to deal with some one like this, nip it fast your clients will thank you for it.

Annoying - Well the above fits in to this category brilliantly but, I am talking about habits. This is my biggest problem – my stuff (yes I am picky about it and very territorial) I will lend anyone anything if they ask, take care of it and always put it back. Now we have all been guilty of it (even me on a busy Saturday) when you have a client and for what ever reason the comb, clip, cape is not in plain view and you just grab someone else’s. And chances are they are on lunch or some where else. It happens but that does not give you and excuse to continually doing it. When you start look at your schedule make sure you have all you stuff before the client walks in (it is annoying for the client to sit and have to wait while you look for your equipment) If you are prone to having your stuff taken keep it on your person. I have a scissor holster that holds combs, clips and I have a special cutting cape that I simply hide in a stylish box with a lid that also houses my brushes. What to Use an Offshore Company For and Where to Set One Up
If you decide you’d like to reduce your tax burden, protect your assets, simplify your company operations or enter into cross border business transactions for example, and you’re interested in whether an offshore company structure could help with any or all of the above, chances are it could. There are many ways you can use an offshore company, many benefits you can derive from the use of one and many locations in which you can set one up…so how can you decide whether such a structure is applicable to you and how on earth should you decide where to incorporate

Decorating their room with large posters is what many people love to do. This trend is very common among teenagers as they love to put up all types of large posters, small posters and medium sized posters in their room, wardrobe and cup boards. In fact large posters can be used for many other purposes as well. Large posters are an effective means that can be used for the purpose of promotion and also for giving a personal touch to their room. Posters of celebrities like Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and David Beckham are high on the demand list of people. Large posters can

Can I Ask That Question in a Job Interview?
In a job interview, is it ever all right to ask the interviewer why the person previously in the position is no longer there?I recently heard on the radio that a friend of mine resigned her position as president of one of the largest women's organizations in the U.S, citing "irreconcilable differences." When I heard the news, my thoughts went immediately to the day when she told me she accepted the position.A few years ago, we were at the health club where we both worked out. She told me she accepted the position and that she would be moving

Mobile Oil Change and Lube Sector Discussion
Most mobile oil change companies only have a few units in fact the average is said to be 2.2 and generally these units are either box trucks or panel vans. The typical mobile oil change business will change the oil in either 5.5 personal cars or 15 fleet vehicles per day. This seems to be about the average and it is enough to keep the companies in business. The most successful companies are in larger areas with industrial capacity where they can change the oil in many fleet vehicles on a regular basis. For a successful mobile oil change business to expand the

Troublesome - Avoid troublesome actions. Stealing product, money from the till any thing belonging to a client (even if it was left behind all attempts should be made to return it to them) or anything belonging to a co-worker. Stealing will have nasty karma attached to it, do it enough and eventually you will get caught. That kind of information to have attached to your name is embarrassing, and unprofessional. Not eating. Giving up or having your lunch time taken from you just so you can squeeze another client in is wrong!

ATTENTION OWNERS AND MANAGERS. Lunch time and breaks are a right not a privilege· We get hungry even if there are more walk-ins. It is a proven fact that staff who eats and has breaks (our rights) performs better, makes less mistakes and will not curse your name nearly as much! So let us eat. And please make it at a reasonable time. If I start work at 10 am and get off at 6pm I want my lunch some where between 12-2 not an hour before I go home It should be at lunch! As an employee your health is not worth risking for a job – Owners: feel free to miss lunch for the sake of another client it is your business you have the most invested but you should not expect any of your employee’s to do so. Every one should give their body fuel and water. Your body is your temple and should take care of it as much as you possible can. We are in a profession where we burn calories all day long because it is such a physical job and we are standing the majority of the day. So if you think a bagel and cream cheese will do you until the later part of the day you are wrong and I know many of us do this and have for years myself included but, trust me I am healthier and happier at work when I get to feed the body that makes me the money! And deal with situations when they arise to help relax the mind to help deal with others.
