While the producers readily admit the movie is not entirely historically accurate, it does draw attention to an incredible time in history when 300 tough guys stood up against an army of thousands and fought ot he death.This movie was filmed entirely in a studio with a blue screen backdrop, then used computer imaging to create the scenes.
