So many groups in our community like to do carwash fundraisers. In fact you can find carwash fundraisers on a sunny Saturday in almost any city in the United States. The reality of the situation is it is the thought that counts and nonprofit groups need to consider cleaning up he mess after the carwash is complete. They should hose down the area, pick up all the trash and offer to help the store or the small-business owner with anything else they need. That is the right thing to do. I hope you will consider this when you organize your next car wash fundraiser. Think on this in 2006.
