"Wine and dine," was one such a ritual of which we thought it wouldn't last. And indeed if you take into account the still growing pace of the Internet and mobile communication, the wine and dine becomes more obsolete.

    "25 years in office," is another ritual that is less celebrated. You may still receive a bottle of wine, but hand over in private. Let nobody know ... "Between ten and four," is another ritual that seems to be outdated. Employees should be present in the office between these hours so that meetings can be established, etc… Mobility and flexibility has changed all this. If the next example sounds familiar your organization is already on the move;
