Even when you give them credit, keep their lines of credit relatively low until they’ve built up some history with you.Provide Low Lines of CreditIf you have new IT consulting clients, it may make sense to start them out, even if you get a credit application and send out some credit reference letters, with a $500 or $1,000 line of credit. Don’t go allowing them to hang you up on a $5,000 or $10,000 leash before they’ve proven they’re able to pay small invoices. If they need a lot of work before that, it makes sense to get larger deposits and be able to accept credit cards, but do not be too quick to give new IT consulting clients credit. It’s a way to get yourself in big financial trouble really fast.Require Written AgreementsIt’s even worse if you’re selling products like hardware, software and peripherals. Always insist on written agreements for your IT consulting business. From one online home inspection training provider we found the courses that teach the creation of a home inspection report.Included in this report are the overall condition of the home, with specific attention to the plumbing and electrical systems, the heating and cooling equipment, the siding and the roof, the foundation and the homes frame. This particular home inspection certification program is offered as a partnership with numerous colleges and universities that oversee the various course materials and curriculum. The home builders organization offering the online home inspection courses was established twenty years ago. Its mission remains to offer home inspection education, occupation training, as well as construction and home inspection technical support. The programs include classroom training, field training, seminars, and continuing education courses in addition to the Internet-based program.Mor Case 1) Many companies viewed customer needs are obtained from a survey. And as ISO auditor come around to conduct surveillance audit once or twice a year, they get the survey done right before the auditor come around. Author's view 1) Conducting a survey is a form of documentation. In fact, customer needs can be obtained in many forms (most company knows that). Other than a formal survey, customer needs obtained in other forms such as during customer visits, customers complaints, customer feedback etc. These data should be taken officially as an input into the ISO system Principle 2) Leadership "Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of the organization. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the organization's objectives". Case 2) Most leaders set direction in the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. Management reviews were conducted to ensure its fulfillment. However, most leaders are not involved in creating an internal environment in achieving the organization's objectives. Most often than not, they delicate to the Quality manager.
