What ways are there of overcoming procrastination?Often the main reason for people procrastinating is they feel that they absolutely have to do something. So when someone tells them self that they have do something, they are actually implying that they are being forced into doing it. Because the feel resentment and want to rebel then procrastination will kick in as a kind of defense mechanism in order to keep the pain away that they are feeling.
