Suggest You - Accept Life On It's Own Terms
Wealth Building - Through Commodity Investing
In my recent article, The No-brainer Investment Strategy to Double Digit Returns, I opined that there is a 34 year cycle in the stock market. A 17 year bull market is followed by a 17 year bear market and that equities and commodities are inversely correlated. Based on this premise, a strategy could be devised in which equities and commodities are alternately invested during its appropriate time during the cycle. I also stated that the last equities bull market from 1982-200 ended with the bursting of the internet bubble and that we are now 5 years into the commodity up-cycle. Finally, I offered research to support this position and results through 2005. Your Default State of Mind-In Business and In Life
What is your default state of mind? Where does your mind go when it is not directed by an outside force? What program starts running if you don't decide?I think that's a good point to be aware of. Since we create with our thoughts and associated feelings (or vice versa depending which is the chicken and which is the egg) it is extremely important that we know which tape is running in our head, most often, if we have not directed our thoughts.Not that we have to pay much attention to it once we become aware. At least, the sooner we can move on to a CHOSEN line of thought, associated with our desired results, the better.That is, if we know what we want. One of the greatest pet peeves in life is there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to get everything done. We all seem to be over scheduled with to do lists that never seem to get completed before the days end. Instead of perpetually running around like a chook with it's head cut off here are some great tips to help you get your life organized and more productive to boot.1. Carry a small notebook or 3X5 cards. If you are someone that doesn't like the concept of carrying around 3X5 cards then buy yourself a small notebook that can either fit in your pocket or bag.
