How Do You Rank All The Different Ways of List Building Based on Your Niche?
I received this question a few days ago from one of my subscribers and thought that it was so relevant that I decided to publish my answer here.I want to say first of all that I believe that there are a few core methods or ways of list building; in fact, I think that there is really only one core method of list building, with perhaps a few variants.I can see that it might be easy to think that you might build a list of subscribers who would be interested in tangible products in a different way than you might build a list of subscribers, who might be interested in a digital product. I can also see that it might be easy to think that you might build a list of subscribers who would be interested in something to purchase in a different way than you might build a list of nonprofit subscribers, for example. However, based on my experience with list building, and building several lists, and studying the list building arena online, I have come to the conclusion that there is one basic core model that works consistently time in and time out. This basic core model involves creating

Consider incorporating the elements when creating a sacred space. What thoughts , what feelings, what sensations do the four elements evoke in your being?

Scales Don't Lie, But They Don't Tell You Everything Either
The scale: One of man’s most popular inventions…But it could be your worst enemy when it comes to weight loss. Here’s why:Your scale tells you one thing and one thing only. It tells you how much you weigh. It doesn’t tell you how much bodyfat you’re carrying and it certainly doesn’t tell you how much fat you burned during yesterday’s weight training workout.Stepping on a scale every morning is a surefire way to depression because your body composition constantly changes. If you aren’t on a scheduled eating plan and eating sporadically during the day, your body composition WILL change. Remember, the scale will only tell you how much you weight, not how much fat you’ve lost.In order to determine how much fat you’ve lost, I recommend getting an actual bodyfat test done by a fitness professional or if you can find it, get a body fat test done with underwater weighing.Under water body fat testing is more effective because of one reason - fat floats. As you’re underwater, your bodyfat will float as you sink allowing you to get a very accurate reading since your le
We all need space, we all need time to ourselves. In Exodus3:15- Word of God:When the Lord saw that Moses was coming closer, he called him from the middle of the bush and said:

"Moses, Moses", he answered, "Yes, here I am"God said, " Do not come any closer. Take off your sandals because you are standing on holy ground."

Indeed, one little corner, a fraction of time that you allow yourself can do wonders to your being, to get in touch with your inner self and give expression to your faith. A space that allows you to reflect onyour life, on your day, on what tomorrow may bring. A small place where you can shed a tear, or breathe a sigh of relief, quieten a troubled mind or savor a few victories.

    Sacred Space

It is a place to reflect and contemplate on what is important to you, to allow you to connect with your inner self , without interference, and in solitude. It could be as simple as a table top, a corner of the bedroom, a place just for you to enjoy few precious moments alone. No, it does not require a whole room, or many hours. Is there a small table top, a spot on the dresser, an isolated corner , an idle spot that collects clutter and dust? If you are on the road a lot, would you not want to carry something to evoke that feeling of connectedness?

Joseph Campbell has this to say about sacred time, sacred space:You must have room or a certain hour of the day or so where you do not know what is in the morning paper. A place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are or might be.

At first you might think nothing is happening. But,if you have a sacred space and take advantage of it and use it everyday, something will happen.Where to begin? The word "sacred," evokes a feeling of something holy, serene, worthy of reverence.Any space can be a sacred space, prepare yourselfas you stand on Holy ground!

How To Use Resell Rights Products In Any Niche
You can't click your mouse more than twice on the internet without running into a great deal on something with resell rights -- they're all over. One of the biggest problems to overcome is figuring out how to use resell rights products in the niche you've chosen. But all it takes is a little brainstorming and you can come up with some awesome ways to use resell rights products -- and especially products for which you have private label rights. For our first example, let's take something easy and go with the topic of list building. Everybody know you can take a list-building ebook and sell it to other internet marketers, but what if that's not your niche? That's okay, because most business people need to build a list of prospects. For example, what if you took that ebook and called it, "The Real Estate Professional's Guide to Generating Leads Online." Or, "What Every Dentist Needs To Know About Building An Online Prospect List."Just because we marketers all need list building info doesn't mean the rest of the world is left out! They need the info, too, but when you aim it right at their

Do You Use Sea Gull Management?
I’ll bet you don’t have a clue as to what I am talking about – Sea Gull Management.Let me give you a scenario. The typical manager flies into the department, rapidly flapping his wings while squawking loudly enough to hear it in the next building. He then squat shakes his butt, craps all over his employees and flies out of the department. For those of you with less vivid imaginations, it is when a manager delivers only bad news, never praise or positive feedback or recognition.Ever worked for someone with this approach to management? De-motivating wasn’t it? Many managers just don’t get it. Most employees would like to be effective, do a good job and get their work done on time and right. Problem is, many organizations sabotage employee performance top-down and refuse to look in the mirror to determine the cause of this situation. For over 30 years, I have consulted with hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries worldwide. Would you be interested to know what I have learned as one of the most common critical mistakes managers make every day? …Too little positive feed

Annuities - Don't Put Your IRA In A Variable Annuity - Part 2
Last week I shared with you the real reason advisors push IRA accounts into variable annuities: the commission. If you’re getting ready to retire with a large IRA rollover, or your current IRA account is nearing the end of any surrender penalties, chances are you’ll be pitched this product. So this week I’m going to reveal more secrets about the truth behind the variable annuity sales pitch. One of the biggest draws advisors use to get you to take the plunge is the promise of the big bonus. They’ll pay you 6%, 8% or even 10% extra, right up front, just for putting your money into their variable annuity. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Who wouldn’t want such a big boost to their nest egg, especially with the stock market returns of late? But remember, there’s no such thing as a free lunch. In return for this lovely bonus, you end up paying higher recurring annual fees, usually .15% higher (or more) than regular variable annuities. These fees are charged on all of the money in the annuity and are a continued drag on performance. Surrender penalties are higher and longer, too. The truth is that w

Earth represents foundation, stability, feel the power and beauty of nature, of Mother Earth, the physical world. Clear the debris and clutter of the chosen area , thus removing negative energies that come with clutter and dirt. A small potted plant would be a nice touch.

Water influences our conscious and sub-conscious forces that act on our lives. Water seeks to heal and nurture those around it. Consider a goblet or a crystal bowl filled with water. Remember to keep this fresh. This also gives a mild humidifying effect on the room. Or, a water fountain would be an asset for this element.

Fire is the element that projects self-expression, creativity and enthusiasm. Without fire, there can be no radiance, no conviction, no passion nor expression. A glowing candle fulfills this element, a white candle represents all the colors, the color of the candle reflects the energy created in the sacred space. Green candle for luck and finance, red for passion and courage, and so forth.

Air this element establishes itself in the realm of the intellect. It is through the process of thinking that ideas develop, it is a means of communication. Knowledge is gained and shared through this element. It enables one to reach out to the mental self.Enjoy the gentle breeze, winter, spring, summer or fall.

Open a window to let some air in, if this is not possible, a mechanical fan would do.The elements is just one aspect of enhancing your sacred space. No matter how limited the space is, you can make room for an altar, incorporating the four elements with it.

The surface need not be elaborate, it is the intention that counts. Others will require enough room to draw a sacred " circle", but this is not the intent of this article.

Thorough planning to incorporate all the materials needed is important and worth the effort. A small table top covered with an elegant lace, add votive candles, a goblet filled with water
