Wealth Secrets: Saving Your Way to a Fortune
SCENE 1: Pharaoh has just woken up from a very troubling dream and feels he must know the interpretation. Joseph gets called in and explains that there will be seven years of plenty and seven years of famine. The famine will be so bad that it will be as if there were no seven years of plenty.SCENE 2: During the seven years of famine, people from all over the world come to Egypt to buy food, earning foreign exchange for Egypt. Egypt however is so covered that they can even afford to share their food with the rest of the world (for a price), including Joseph’s estranged family.Something happened between scene 1 and scene 2 that we need to examine.
Internet as a way of networking with others and in so doing use our collective minds to heal ourselves?

There are different degrees of stress, anxiety, panic, depression, phobias and so on. Mental illness knows no boundaries, age, gender, race, or financial status. Mental illness is an equal opportunity disease

Here are a few ways we now use to help us in the recovery process from mental illness in its many forms.

A source of bringing energy to your environment is known as Feng Shui.

We try hypnosis, motivational programs, drug therapy, psychoanalysis, acupuncture, reprogramming the mind set, diet, exercise, and self talk to name a few.

In the search for some relief others become addicted to substances, gambling or even crime.

I keep coming back to the evidence that shows combining some of these programs and techniques as well as making an attitude change and using the power of your mind is the answer t

How Do You Talk About Yourself - When You Talk to Yourself?
Self-Talk is the hopefully conscious affirmation of thoughts that whirl through your mind. Basically you try to catch what you think. Voicing them out is, hearing what you think. If your mind goes a hundred miles an hour it is a very effective way to catch up with your thoughts. If you talk to yourself unconsciously then you are in trouble, because you give yourself some pretty powerful affirmations and you are not even aware of that. Try to switch your focus from others around you to yourself, because you are in need of some serious attention. To engage in Self Talk there are two very powerful ingredients involved, that change your perspective every ti
In the process of finding information on techniques, programs and solutions that can be used to eliminate the suffering of thousands of people who carry panic, anxiety, stress, depression and other mental illness issues with them everyday I have compiled a list of suggested remedies.I am surprised at how many people have done research into these disorders.

We all are searching for a little harmony in our life. Today fast-paced life assails all our senses with demands and expectations. Stress, anxiety and tension accumulate as the on going demands of work and family, home and free time push us to the very brink. Pushed and pulled by the equally demanding expectations of boss and family, driven to the end of our rope by the increasing demands of life, the bills and everyday battles we push our own hopes and dreams into the background. We are all searching for a little harmony in our life and could use an anxiety ending strategy and tips.

Everyday, another e-mail, phone call or traffic jam, pushes us to the limit. In this environment, energy is fast depleted and tension dramatically increased.

Is it any wonder that we look for help to cope with what seems to be an overwhelming number of events and obligations put in our daily path? The accumulation of ongoing stress will, eventually, manifest itself in the physical body.

Stress releases specific hormones in the body. An over abundance of cortisol and adrenaline can contribute to heart disease and other chronic illnesses. The immune system, too, becomes affected, increasing the incidences of colds and flues.

A life in which energy is unfocused, prevented by the stress of the environment, a life in which all efforts seem wasted, is a life unbalanced.

To avoid such possible problems, rest is traditionally recommended. The ability of sleep to improve your energy levels is a well know fact recommended by doctors of all specialities as well as our own mothers have been recommending rest for years whenever we were not feeling well.

Perhaps not one but a combination of systems is the answer to each individuals success in the battle to end the disorders that plague so many of us in this century.

There seems to be an ever increasing amount of people who need help or is it just the fact that we are talking more openly about our issues and health concerns. There does not seem to be any topic that is not discussed and analyzed to the point of people not being able to problem solve and deal with the challenges of life. Is it easier to pick up a book or a tape these days in the effort to find the answers to our dilemmas?

I wonder what the people did in the 1800's when they had problems. I am sure we are doing a much better job and a more humane job of understanding mental illness than they did years ago. People were not as educated, were more socially isolated, and the knowledge had not even been discovered yet. Many people did not have access to books even if there were some published on this subject. You have to take into account that there was the illiteracy factor as well. Natural remedies were a big part of the healing process.

Often people died without ever knowing what was wrong with them or their family members. Money was scarce, doctors were not readily available so people did the best they could with the information that had been passed on to them by the previous generation.

If anyone has watched old movies, or taken science and history at school they can see the improvements we have made. We certainly know that mental illness has been around since the beginning of time. You might say that we have evolved in our ability to look beyond our back yards to find helpful information. Is it the enlightened age where it is the norm to use the Internet as a way of networking with others and in so doing use our collective minds to heal ourselves?

About Price and Value, Business and Art, Leaders and Followers, America and Europe
That price and value is not the same, is something we have learned at school. But that we are managed by prices and not by value(s) is strange. Let's take a closer look.It starts with performance. When you hear this term, the first thing you probably think of is: business performance. Return on investment. Targets. To measure the performance. It is all about prices. Saving on costs and charging the highest sales (price). But performance is also used in Arts. And there, the performance is not measured (in price) but valued. We value culture in business as one of the (seven sigma’s) factors in business. But what about the value of culture as such? Toda
