How to Save Money on Your Energy Bill
Is it just me, or have energy prices just been going up and up lately? Unfortunately, this results in significant increases in our home energy bills.Fortunately, there are a lot of relatively inexpensive (sometimes free) changes you can make around the home that will save you money. I've put together a list of twelve tips that cover heating and cooling, lighting, appliances, and home electronics. These areas all tend to be notorious energy hogs. What is stress?

Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional or psychological strain.

Stress causes increased muscle tension which has a direct effect on increasing your pain levels. Therefore, reduction of stress and muscle tension helps to reduce your pain. Stress saps your energy and reduces your ability to cope with the pain and your life.

    Types of stress

Acute stress - a very short-term type of stress that can either be positive (like excitement at preparing for a deadline) or distressing (what we normally think of when we think of 'stress'); this is the type of stress we most often encounter in day-to-day life (e.g. flying, when you have a fear of it or having to make a presentation to colleagues when you are naturally shy.)

Chronic stress - the type of stress that seems never-ending and inescapable, like the stress of a bad marriage, being a carer for a terminally ill parent or stress in the workplace, (coping with these types of stress can lead to burnout/ill effects on your health unless there is some stress management.)

    Health implications of chronic stress

When faced with chronic stress, people begin to have physical symptoms. At first they can be relatively mild, like chronic headaches and frequent colds.

Later, however, more serious health problems may develop. Here are some stress-influenced conditions:

    depression
    diabetes
    hair loss

Quit Smoking By Hypnosis For Better Health
As the health hazards of smoking become more obvious and laws against the habit become for forceful, many people trying to quit smoking by hypnosis are having more success than with other methods. Smoking is understood to be an addiction to nicotine and not just a habit that is hard to break and some consider the approximate 65 percent success rate as being a good return. One of the main misconceptions about hypnotism is that people can be made to do just about anything. However, they cannot be made to do something their subconscious would refuse. Many people have been able to quit smoking by hypnosis because the suggestion is placed in their subconscious that they are a non-smoker and the

    Investing For Financial Health
Accumulating an emergency fundBuilding it upYou should have at least one month's income in your cash reserve, preferably more. The alternative, only applicable if you are paying off debt or building up your reserve, is a borrowing facility that is a source of emergency finance from somewhere else. This could be a bank overdraft facility or unused credit card balance. The trouble with these facilities is that if you use them they are expensive, so you need to build up your emergency fund as soon as possible.Another potential facility is your immediate family; would your parents, for example, be able and willing to make a temporary loan?in day-to-day life (e.g. flying, when you have a fear of it or having to make a presentation to colleagues when you are naturally shy.)

The Big Mistake Companies Make In Their Training Programs
Many organizations spend huge sums of money on staff training and development and yet many times the investment does not yield the desired results. The reason for this lack of results and what really goes wrong usually remains a mystery to most company executives. Especially where they have taken great care in selecting a top-notch expensive training outfit to carry out their staff development program. The wrong approach starts right from the decision-making process. Somebody in management feels that, for example, the sales team is not achieving anywhere near as much sales as the competition. If there are some available figures to prove their point, the better. Naturally the first sol

Moving It From Seduction To Attraction To A Relationship
The most asked question about the art of seduction is why it works for some people and not others. But before I can answer that question, I want to point out that there are two kinds of seduction. The one in which the art of seduction connotes sex appeal or sexual enticement using a specific series of smooth fast talking routines or techniques to entice “a target” into doing what he or she would normally not want to do or want to give up.The other is seduction that is all part of everyday life and a medium of every day communication that when absent in human interaction, the interaction lacks a sense of fun and excitement, meaning and pleasure. This type of seduction goes beyond efficiency

Chronic stress: how it affects your body and how you can stay healthier

American and Canadian researchers conducting a huge study on the effects of stress on the immune system recently concluded that it all depended on the type of stress and how individuals responded to it. They examined 293 studies involving 19,000 people.

Chronic stress - the most damaging

The most damaging type of stress they found was chronic stress, caused, for example, by unemployment or caring for a relative with mental illness - both situations which have no end in sight. These have damaging effects on the whole immune system. The key to it all, the researchers concluded, was whether the stress was never-ending or short-term. It was discovered that even the extreme stress of losing a partner was nowhere near as bad as chronic stress.

Chronic stress doesn't suit us as we get older

Another thing that was discovered, not surprisingly, is that the older we get the more susceptible we are to stress. Lawrence Whalley, Pr
