Our final exercise of that four-hour test was the breaking of a concrete brick. I smashed mine with a quick, straight, palm-heel strike.
After years of training, my sensei and I started teaching Self-Defense for Women. We took the major concepts behind years and years of training, practice and development, and designed a three-hour mini course of powerful, effective, common-sense and self-defense strategies.
We teach one strategy above all...and this is the key to winning any physical confrontation.
That strategy is Commitment...total, unadulturated, earth-ending Commitment!
