Our coach would always have to get some more bandages, splints, medication and you name it. Something always had to be replaced, but our coach didn’t seem to mind that, what he didn’t like was when someone would be injured, it didn’t matter to him how serious it was, they were all serious to him. He would try his best to patch us up. But then when the game or practice was over, he would call us at home on the phone to make certain we were alright. I will always remember him for what he had done and tried to do for HIS team. He was a very caring person, more like a Mother to us than simply a coach. If our injury was serious enough, he would even come to our home to make certain we were alright, that day, or the next day, and even the day after that.
