A Look Back At Forex Trading - 4/27/06 We were blessed with perfect weather conditions, ensuring relatively calm water at an agreeable temperature. Last year the weather gods were not so kind, as the swimmers had to deal with windy, overcast conditions and choppy water. This fact did not go unmentioned by the veterans who thought the newbies (me) had it too easy.Cable continues trading in a tight range from1.7935 to 1.7800. We will continue to play these levels for support and resistance, until on of them is broken with a strong move. With the current situation, and the knee jerk reactions we are seeing, you should stay out of the way when news is being released.Tomorrow Mr. Bernanke will testify before the Joint Economic Committee of Congress on the U.S. economic outlook, in Washington. The fundamental traders are reacting drastically to minor news, so, when the fed chairman testifies which usually produces significant volatility, we could see huge moves.Last night we set our entries at 1.7900, we closed our first trade for 40 pips and our second for 60 pips. Some of our traders also took a long position at 1.7800, and they closed their first trade for 60 pips and their second for 100 pips.I personally only trade with the trend I one direction, but this is a viable, and not to mention a very profitable position. The greatest asset we have in our trading system, is that we encourage our traders to become independent traders with their own personal style and rules.Tonig Race day began at 5:00 a.m. with a small breakfast and an injection of caffeine. T Why I Care About VoIP Every summer the open water swimming season peppers the calendar, and for years I have shrugged it off with complete apathy. Hell, I’m accustomed to many, many years of competitive swimming in the pool. Why would I want to jump in a large body of cold water where I cannot see the three feet in front of me, let alone the bottom? Warm chlorinated water; lane lines; starting blocks; a black line along the bottom; walls no more than 50-meters away – that’s my idea of competitive swimming. I always had a pretty adamant stance against leaving the pool. Why Should You Care About VoIP?You might have seen the Vonage and other service providers offer ultra-cheap or cheaper voice calling service via your broadband internet connection. Voice over IP service providers use the internet to carry voice signals from their networks to your home phone. Because VoIP telecommunication is not regulated the way traditional phone line telecommunication is, VoIP providers can offer drastically lower calling rates.Skeptics talk about the quality of VoIP not being the same as regular land lines. They contend that you may to put up with the occasional hiccup in your voice service, caused by the one thing legacy telephone technology has built-in that VoIP does not: guaranteed quality. This might have been true a couple of years ago, but as mentioned before, things are changing and the movement is afoot to adapt quality-of-service techniques to VoIP services so that you calls are just as good as land line calls. As a former Marine and communcations officer, I can wholeheartedly vouch for this technology. If we can make it work out in the middle of a field, it can certainly work in the Last year I must have had a stroke or something, because I agreed to swim a short race (one mile) in a small lake. It didn’t kill me, and I actually won an award, which always helps pique my interest. I’m hesitant to say that it was actually fun, but it was pleasant enough for me to consider trying it again. The screaming muscle pain in my forearms and back following the race was close to convincing me to never do it again, but fortunately I subscribe to the “no pain, no gain” mantra. What’s a little soreness if there’s a sense of accomplishment that comes with it? This year I made a conscious decision to take a few more dips into the open water to test my resolve and see if a level of enjoyment could be sustained. I participated in three different events and loved every minute of them. Sure, the waters were colder than I usually like, and my body had to endure a bit of punishment it’s not accustomed to (plus, there’s shrinkage), but the thrill generated by the competition convinced me that adding open water swims to my racing repertoire is a definite must. After seeing how well I had adapted to this new venue, my coach pointed out an unwritten rule for those who opt to compete outside the pool: the Trans Tahoe Relay is a rite of passage everyone must go through before truly considering themselves an open water swimmer. She actually posed it as a challenge, and I was not about to let her think I was a lame wuss who’s unwilling to brave some extreme elements. Phooey! The Trans Tahoe Relay is an 11.5-mile trek across Lake Tahoe, starting on the Nevada side and finishing on the California shore. Six-man teams enter the race (though some crazy souls incredibly went the distance solo), with each participant swimming a half-hour shift first, followed by a 15-minute swim, and subsequent 10-minute swims until reaching the finish. Teams are responsible for bringing their own boat to follow the swimmer and provide a transport for supplies and those waiting their turn in the drink. No wetsuits are allowed in the frigid water, which usually falls on either side of 60-degrees this time of year. What’s a little soreness if there’s a sense of accomplishment that comes with it?The cost of raising a child is elevating every day. Paying for baseball leagues, dance lessons, day care, clothing, food and school supplies can add up to be a large sum of money. On the other hand, if you are caring for a parent, a spouse or any other dependent that are physically or mentally incapable of caring for themselves can also add up to be a large sum of money. If you are in either one of these categories, the IRS has a child and dependent care tax break for you to save money on your income tax.According to the IRS website, this credit is available to people who, in order to work or to look for work, have to pay for child care services for dependents under age 13. The credit is also available if you paid for care of a spouse or a dependent of any age that is physically or mentally incapable of self care. “Many people do not know on how many different ways they can save money on their taxes,” said Jayson French, a tax practitioner for Palm Beach Tax Center. “Child and Dependent Care Credit can be very helpful for parents that have to pay for daycare and other work related expenditures.”The tax credit is a percentage This year I made a conscious decision to take a few more dips into the open water to test my resolve and see if a level of enjoyment could be sustained. In their attempt to ape their favourite celebrities, these spendaholic women have loaned an amount worth 20 million pounds in total! The above figure states the way that unsecured loans have become popular amongst the common folk of UK.In fact, unsecured loans are the easiest solution to ease your financial concerns. It is because unsecured loans are easier to avail and perhaps the most convenient of all loan types. This loan is issued for a short period of time. The best part about unsecured loans is that there is no collateral involved, so even you don't have anything to owe and can still ask for money. However, when you want to avail unsecured loans, you must understand that they are granted on the basis of some pre-requisites. The most important factor in getting your loan amount sanctioned is your credit history. Phooey! One of the most scandalous attacks on small business has come from personal injury lawyers as they file suits against innocent small business people claiming that negligence of upkeep or repair in their business location caused unnecessary injury to their client. Indeed some businesses are problematic yet in taking responsibility away from the shopper, customer or slip and fall fake it professional seems a little unfortunate. You see it is widely known that many of these personal injury cases are in fact the fault of the faller and everyone knows it. Many fallers who later sue have an average of 2 or more previous cases where they have sued for monetary compensation from a small or large business. Indeed they find this to be a good way to make a living.Often we also find chiropractors, doctors and lawyers all in the scam together with the client who claims to be so injured they are in constant pain. Lately private investigators and defense lawyers have gotten smarter and video taped those who claim to have injury doing all sorts of things like water skiing or lifting ATVs in and out of high-rise pick-up trucks. T Successful Study Using Brainstorming We were blessed with perfect weather conditions, ensuring relatively calm water at an agreeable temperature. Last year the weather gods were not so kind, as the swimmers had to deal with windy, overcast conditions and choppy water. This fact did not go unmentioned by the veterans who thought the newbies (me) had it too easy.‘Brainstorming' - It's a word you hear a lot as a student from teachers and tutors, so much so that you are probably tempted to switch off because you think you've heard it all before. But before you do, let me try to convince you one last time. Why? Because it's powerful, quick to do, can get you over many of the blocks and hurdles when studying or answering questions that stop many students from reaching their potential. I know I couldn't work without it!It's traditionally used by groups to generate new ideas, in business for example, but it can also be used individually to plan and prepare an essay, revise your lessons, prepare for new material, or get you started on a project. The beauty of brainstorming is that it's less daunting than many of the tasks you face when studying, and so it can be used to get you started when getting started is the most difficult part of your work. It's easy to do and doesn't take much time.I'm advocating it because I know it works. I know it works because I use it. In writing this article for example, and others like it, I brainstorm before I do anything else. Sitting down to a blank Race day began at 5:00 a.m. with a small breakfast and an injection of caffeine. Lucky for us, one of our teammates owns a sweet pad about 15 minutes from the lake, so we were afforded some creature comforts before heading out. The morning air was a crisp, but the clear, blue sky indicated that we were going to be in for a quick warm-up. The residence and boat were on the finish line side of the lake, so we had to load up the boat and make our way to the other side. The rookie boat driver in me clumsily maneuvered out of port and revved it across the lake, skipping across the glassy water (words cannot aptly describe how fun that was). The starting area was pure insanity. Leadoff swimmers begin on the beach and swim out to a myriad of team boats trying to find their own, while the boaters search the waters for their man (or woman). Most boats adorn something distinguishing to facilitate the spotting, but this doesn’t necessarily mean this process goes smoothly. We were fortunate to find our guy pretty quickly and headed out across the lake, though others had a more difficult time making their way through the chaos. Initial problems (and maybe panic for the swimmers) are very understandable, as they have to power their way through the pack and swim among the boats, trying not to get hit by them or swim into the propellers, while trying to find their team. I had heard nightmare stories about being the first swimmer in the water, so I was pretty adamant about passing the buck and taking the second leg of the race. Call me what you like, but I was not about to risk my life in the first ten minutes of a very long race. Maybe I’ll suck it up and find the balls to be more daring another time. When it was my turn to enter the water, the butterflies in my tummy were ferociously circling in anticipation of the colder-than-I would-prefer water and the arduous task of flailing in it for half an hour. Upon jumping in, my body was completely covered in goose bumps, and I could feel my testicles retreating for higher ground (the aforementioned shrinkage at work). I was careful to not start off too fast, in fear of burning out quick and really suffering before the task at hand was completed. Despite my efforts to stay calm at the beginning, my lungs began to tire and gasp as they attempted to adjust to the mountainous elevation (in the neighborhood of 6,200 feet). About ten minutes in to it, I began to get comfortable and was able to kick it up a notch and see what kind of pace I could sustain the rest of the way. I forged ahead as fast as my little body could go, constantly breathing to my left in order to keep an eye on our boat (for some reason I got a sense of safety knowing exactly where my teammates were). I’m not going to lie and say this was a piece of cake, as I was pretty wiped out towards the end of my time in the water, and I was more than happy when I was given the signal to climb back on board. While working my way through the lake, my eyes darted about, taking in the
