Career Transitions : Fearless Flyers
You may have read one of my previous articles on career transitioning which described how to create complementary careers for yourself. This article will introduce you to three people I call Fearless Flyers because they have taken the leap of faith that many of us would only dream of considering.Fearless Flyer #1 worked for a big gym equipment manufacturer. In fact, she was a regional sales manager for them, doing quite well with sales, I might add. As she visited various gyms, she observed people using the facilities. She realized that people were staying inside buildings working towards their health rather than being outside and getting the extra benefits to their well-being from what the outdoors had to offer. She wanted to be outside in nature. She believed that others would, too. She left her sales management position to start her own business. She invited people to go into the natural settings in their own backyards so to speak, kayaking, doing gentle nature walks, and tai chi. She added natural products like unbleached cotton undies and socks. Tod

Marketing Your Company on a Small Budget
So often I talk with small business people who are worried that they need more customers and do not quite understand how to market their companies to get the most bang for their buck. One very inexpensive thing you can do is to use flyers to promote your business and I am not suggesting you run around town and put flyers on everyone’s windshield wipers as that really ticks people off big time.What I am saying is that if you are careful to hand out flyers in strategic places and to other small businesses in your area you maybe surprised how many new customers those flyers will bring in.It is always suggested that on any flyer that you put some sort of discount coupon and it is also advised that you put an expiration date on that same coupon, as this creates a sense of urgency. I know so far you are saying you have gotten nothing out of this article, as all those things are common knowledge? Indeed they are but I am just warming up you see.You should have young people wearing polo top logoed shirts with your company name on them cruise the soccer fiel

Work At Home Jobs A look Into What I Know
Working from home.There are a lot of ways to make money from home paid to read emails paid to do surveys. even get paid to play games online which is getting quite popular. These ways are all good ways to get money but they are not ways to make a stable income.In the past i use to be a part of paid to read emails and what i found out was that most companies do not pay their members, I only got one payment over $10 bucks and truthfully it took me over 8 months to get this payment. I also use to get paid to do surveys, i do not like doing surveys especially having to pay to join a site to do surveys that was actually the worst experience i ever had online the ad wrote get paid to do surveys $10 - $20 per survey when I signed up and the got my $40 bucks and i started to surveys the surveys paid between $3 - $5 per survey maximum and on top of that these surveys we're like 30 minutes each there we're even offers for me to do surveys for free and they'll put my name into a draw to win prizes. none of this wason the sales page before i signed up. I am not a fan

It is very important for a business to consider what kind of help is really needed and define job descriptions before opening the door to hiring more employees.
