    2-cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
    2-tablespoons Oil
    1-pound Chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, sliced
    1-medium Onion, chopped
    15-ounce can Black beans, drained
    1-cup Whole kernel corn, drained
    ?-cup Black olives, sliced
    ?-cup Water
    2-tablespoons Lime juice, fresh
    1-tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
    2-cups Salsa

    Instructions:

    Slice chicken into 2-inch strips and set aside. Heat oil in a large skilled over medium-high heat; add chicken strips and chopped onion; cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
