The Four - Hour Work Week
I sure wish I had read this book twenty years ago. But then I could not have, since most of the technology he describes and uses to make his argument did not exist back then. I’m talking about a revolutionary new book titled: “The 4-Hour Work Week”...or How to escape the 9 to 5 rat race, live anywhere in the world

Secret For Finding The Perfect Wholesale Distributor
Wholesalers and distributors are a mainstay of the business world. There are legitimate wholesaler distributor who will work with you and help you get the merchandise and support you need in a professional manner. But you need to know the facts about wholesale list trade, middleman, and where to find the resources
So I tried writing some of my own emails. And these were bad emails. I am not much of a letter-writer. I do not write long emails, as you may be able to attest to if you have ever asked me a question online. I answer the question. Period. If you have thanked me for something, I rarely say ‘you’re welcome’ – if you have criticized me, I probably have not responded either – but I answer your question.

I just believe in efficiency and writing letters and emails does not feel efficient to me. Of course, I know that they are the most efficient way I can communicate online, especially when I have 6000+ people who have asked me for information at some point or the other. Actually it is more like 10,000 people who have actually asked me for information, but only about 6000 who continue to care to read my stuff. Why? Some people don’t like my style. And that is ok with me.

You see, if everything I wrote made everybody happy, I am probably doing something wrong. Why? Because some people are doing things wrong online, they are not making money online. Some people have been online for 5 years and have not yet made their first $100. Some people have been online for a year and have only made $5000. I have been online for 8 months and have made over $45000. Each month I now do over $11000. That is $132,000 in annual revenue, and of course each month that number should go up. How to Profit from Your Expertise (Part 2 of 2)
Last month we looked at the first step in how to naturally profit from your expertise: packaging your knowledge into articles and talks. Done right, you’ll exponentially multiply the number of motivated, pre-qualified prospects you reach in a fraction of the time that networking and referrals require. This m

    Choosing the Right Franchise
Meet the franchisor and as many of the people in the operation as possible. Ask yourself how you feel about them, do you like them, trust them, enjoy their company? Do you want to “partner” with them for a long period of time as you develop and run your business? Be sensitive to how the franchisor treats you while

How Refunds Can Increase Your Sales
How can that be? If you allow refunds, you are losing sales. The short-term answer is perhaps. The objective of every business is to increase profits for the long - term.If you have a no refund policy, many customers will either not make a purchase or buy less merchandise. These customers are reluctant to s

    Common Resume Myths & Misconceptions
For the person crafting their first r?sum? the task can seem a little bit daunting, even a bit frightening. Human Resources [HR] specialists, r?sum? writing professionals, school advisors, and even friends and family members all have their say. When it comes down to it you must have a r?sum? you feel comfortable w

That is $132,000 in annual revenue, and of course each month that number should go up. So I am going to say some things that make some people mad. Why? Because I don’t do things the way they do them. If I did, I would have their results.

It is kind of like driving a car. If you drive 30 miles per hour, it is going to take you 2 hours to get to a destination that is 60 miles away. If I get in the car and drive 30 miles per hour, I am going to get the same result – it is going to take me 2 hours to get to the destination.

But if I get there in 1 hour instead, what do you know? You know, instinctually, that I have driven differently than you have. It is simply a fact – and you know it in your gut. Now if I tell people how I am able to get to that destination in half the time, some people are going to get upset. And that is ok. I am comfortable getting there faster.

And your emails are going to be much the same. You can get there faster than other people, if you know you to do it, if you know how to drive faster. And that is exactly what I am going to do in this section – I am going to teach you how to drive faster. I am going to teach you to drive better.
