3) I only mail my subscribers useful information. I want my subscribers to always have a great experience when they are reading my emails. If you are on a lot of lists, you no doubt have days where the same affiliate email goes out to you from like 10 different email lists. I generally don’t participate in that stuff - the product must be really, really good!

4) I ask questions of my subscribers. I ask them what their struggles are online. What types of products do they need? What are their greatest stumbling blocks to success online? When they answer my question, I shoot back an email with a response. This one step creates a huge amount of reader loyalty.
