Living The Lords Prayer

The Lord’s Prayer is a special prayer asking that we may recognize Reality/Truth and eventually be that Truth, just as Jesus was the Way, the Truth and the Life. My interpretation of The Lord’s Prayer is not the only one, there are many others, but I am sharing mine with you in the hope that we can experience this prayer rather than just recite it.


Slow Leak

I recently just had 4 new tires put on my mini van but soon afterwards, I noticed the front passenger tire kept losing air. Each time air was added to it, it would soon leak out again. This was a call for action, time to take it back to the garage and let them tell me what I didn't want to hear. I had run over a tiny nail somewhere and now my tire was no longer good as new. But, after a small plug was inserted it is now back to it's original state, holding air and just like new again. I realized this is alot like our Christian walk. Is yours leaking?


Are You Facing Some Challenges?

Do we really think we can just ask God for some great position in life with out any preparation? Not hardly. Psalm 107 tells us that God sometimes brings storms into our lives to accomplish a purpose in us. And that purpose, I believe, is to prepare us for greater things.

Beneficiaries of the Promise

The gospel started with Abraham. That is why Scripture says he was introduced to the gospel in advance. If anyone was ever a religious fanatic it was Abraham. If anyone ever had an excuse to disobey God it was Abraham. God tested him in many ways including asking him to offer his only son of promise on the altar. Because he passed the test, we have the blessings of being in Christ.

What is it with angels and digital clocks? I fell asleep just after 11pm and am still trying to recover from the switch to daylight savings time. I really don't need to be up and working right now,...


Be Abundant...Set a New Mental Equivalent

Limiting beliefs, just like positive, empowering thoughts, provide a foundation for our experiences and what we demonstrate. Old beliefs can leave us behind – and are often stale, lingering ideas left-over from our childhood experiences or from other areas of life that no longer carry any useful meaning.
