Salvation: The Divine Imperative
Paul and Silas were escorted to the lowered dungeon, uncomfortable, in chains, mistreated, hurting and still probably bleeding from the beatings. One would expect them to be belligerent, angry, complaining but instead we find them singing and rejoicing. At midnight when it would seem they would have been trying to rest and soothe themselves, they prayed and sang praises to God.

How to Test the Spirits
Sometimes in our dreams we are visited by a stranger, some ominous personality that we do not recognize and we do not know if this is a good stranger or a not so good stranger. Sometimes we feel a negative energy around us and do not like this feeling. Is this really an angel? Is this really a guide? How do we know who to trust?

Slow Leak
I recently just had 4 new tires put on my mini van but soon
afterwards, I noticed the front passenger tire kept losing air.
Each time air was added to it, it would soon leak out again.
This was a call for action, time to take it back to the garage
and let them tell me what I didn't want to hear. I had run over
a tiny nail somewhere and now my tire was no longer good
as new. But, after a small plug was inserted it is now back
to it's original state, holding air and just like new again. I
realized this is alot like our Christian walk. Is yours leaking?

When Bad Things Happen (Part 1)
Rabbi Kushner could not comprehend how a loving, supposedly merciful and compassionate and just God, could allow such a tragedy to befall him and his loved ones. After all, he considered himself a God-fearing, obedient man who was living a more religiously committed life than most people. So how could a God of justice permit so great an injustice?

Failure Is Never As Painful As Regret!
Failing at something and getting back up is much less painful than to look back and regret not doing something (or doing something) and not being able to go back and change the outcome.

Spirit to Spirit: A Letter to My Friend
We are not popular in the fake world because it knows that we know it is fake. It cannot touch us because we are not inclined to be impressed with its allures.

How to Forgive Someone
We’ve all heard the saying, “You have to forgive, but you don’t have to forget.” I won’t refute that, but you have to agree that a lot of people use that excuse to never ‘really’ forgive at all. Are you one of those people?

Expect the Best and Get It
Do you expect the best each day, or do you simply go with the flow? Do you expect to close each sale or are you simply busy with activity? Are you actively working a daily plan to achieve your goals or are you simply wandering around hoping to make your quota? None of these are acceptable for the professional salesperson. Positive expectancy is the only attitude to have. Why else would we make a sales call unless we expect the sale?

Where Do You Cast?
When you go fly fishing you cast your bait way down the river and let it float. Do you give God your anxieties and let them float away and realize He is in control or do you keep the bait close so you can pick up the anxiety whenever you want?

How To Reduce Stress In Your Life
Time is the modern man's curse. In order to stay at the top of the food chain, you have to be competitive. You have to thrive in challenges, which would also inadvertently mean that you have to function pretty much like a robot. So that means you have to act indifferently even in the face of crisis. You should be arbitrary when it comes to decision-making. You should be professional.
