What an interesting week this last week has been. All sorts of weird things happening to my Christian sisters it seems. One was very ill (she suffers from a rare disease sort of a like an environmental disease ) another hurt her knee running, another's husband had TWO serious heart attacks on Friday and it was also discovered he has diabetes, and another told me doctors have found maybe breast cancer in both breasts plus her ongoing problem with her stomach. Oh boy, makes Home sound so nice! I wondered though, why so much of this has not only been happening but why the Lord has put them all in my path. I wondered why he has given me such a burden for healing in others and that includes their pets....

A letter to my Savior...

Is the religious act of communion in present day churches the reason why we don't actually reach the place of communing with God in our hearts and reaching the fullnes of life? Jesus came to bring life and to bring it more abundantly. As Christians we are meant to be experiencing the abundant or zoe life that Christ came to offer us. If your Christian walk with God doesn't take you to a place of peace and joy every day of your life then this article is definately for you.

If you self-loathe, if you despise your ethnicity, if you find yourself in financial bondage because you are addicted to spending, you are wearing a yoke. All cocaine, marijuana, heroin, nicotine, caffeine, is a yoke.

Actually, loving does not take any great effort on our part because it is not something we must put forth great effort to achieve. When God enters our heart, soul, and mind, love is spontaneously produced because He is love.

Maybe once in a lifetime, we find ourselves seeking spiritual growth mostly when everything we try to do is hard to achieve. Among the many questions that consequently come out are: Who am I? Why am I here? Is there a Higher Power?

With the end of what seemed to be a never ending winter, we are now ready to start cleaning up around the house. We are anxious to lighten the load and get rid of unwanted junk. Some of it we get tired of or have outgrown. We either do one of three things, throw the stuff out, give it away or sell it because it still has some value. How much easier it is for us to clean up our property than it is to clean up our inner souls? When we get rid of this junk, we are that much richer for it. Sometimes we can't put a price on things that really matter. What is your freedom worth to you?
