Why Good Things Happen to Bad People
One cannot ask why bad things happen to good people without also feeling the same tinge of injustice when we contemplate why good things happen to bad people. This is the question that anguished the Psalmist. He found himself in terrible distress and agony of soul.

We’ve all heard the saying, “You have to forgive, but you don’t have to forget.” I won’t refute that, but you have to agree that a lot of people use that excuse to never ‘really’ forgive at all. Are you one of those people?

Beneficiaries of the Promise
The gospel started with Abraham. That is why Scripture says he was introduced to the gospel in advance. If anyone was ever a religious fanatic it was Abraham. If anyone ever had an excuse to disobey God it was Abraham. God tested him in many ways including asking him to offer his only son of promise on the altar. How Do We Measure Our Stress Levels
Measuring our stress levels helps us adjust our life style events to manage our stress effectively. Many studies have indicated a direct relationship between our life style events with that of our physical and mental well being. Health Implications of Chronic Stress
The most damaging type of stress research has found was chronic stress, caused, for example, by unemployment or caring for a relative with mental illness - both situations which have no end in sight. These have damaging effects on the whole immune system. The key to it all, the researchers concluded, was whether the stress was never-ending or short-term. It was discovered that even the extreme stress of losing a partner was nowhere near as bad as chronic stress.
